NeuralForge, the leading AI infrastructure provider for enterprise model training, announced today the closing of a $45 million Series B funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from existing investors Sequoia Capital and Greylock.
The new capital will accelerate the development of NeuralForge's distributed training platform, which enables companies to train large-scale AI models across heterogeneous compute clusters with up to 10x efficiency gains.
"We're building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI applications," said Sarah Chen, CEO and co-founder of NeuralForge. "This funding allows us to scale our team, expand our global data center partnerships, and bring our platform to enterprises worldwide."
Since its founding in 2022, NeuralForge has grown rapidly, serving over 200 enterprise customers including three Fortune 50 companies. The company's platform has been used to train models with up to 1 trillion parameters.
Key highlights of the NeuralForge platform include automatic workload optimization, real-time monitoring, built-in model versioning, and native integration with PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
The Series B brings NeuralForge's total funding to $72 million.
